The U.S. State Department is the managing entity for a foreign affairs enterprise that includes nearly 50,000 personnel that staff diplomatic facilities in the U.S and at over locations abroad. These domestic offices and the overseas embassies and consulates require significant, wide-ranging Information Technology service. The State Department’s Bureau of Information Resource Management obtained much of this needed support through a Multiple-Award, IDIQ procurement — the Hybrid Information Technology Services for State HITSS contract. Services purchased through HITSS include systems and software analysis and development; document analysis, development of systems design documents; computer programming; computer center operations; configuration management; software maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting; computer security; technical writing and training. GLOTECH has successful captured significant work on this contract and been awarded over 30 large task orders.
In each case, we have tailored our staffing, management structure, subcontractor approach and technical solution to exactly meet the customer’s requirements.
