Technical AssistanceGLOTECH, Inc. performs emergency and routine technical assistance for complex computer and communications networks in support of the Joint Forces, US Navy, and Department of State. GLOTECH, Inc. provides experienced technical and computer personnel to restore mission critical circuits. This also includes technical evaluation of failure with recommendations for program corrective actions to prevent future outages and training of Station Forces to ensure continuing communication connectivity. As art of Contingency Communications support to the U.S. Coast Guards Maritime Defense Zone GLOTECH, Inc. GLOTECH, Inc. provided technical support for OPSAIL 2000, which is a fleet of 2000 Tall Ships from around the world, visiting East Coast Ports from San Juan, Puerto Rico to Portland Maine. During OPSAIL 2000, which began in March of 2000 and lasted for approximately three months, support included preparation, staging, distributing, recovery, and maintaining communications systems. Other significant events that have been supported with Contingency Communications by Glotech is the 2005 Major League Baseball All-star Game, and the 2005 Super Bowl in Detroit, MI and relief efforts supporting Hurricane Katrina and Rita in 2005. |
