Program and Resource Management

In all programs that GLOTECH, Inc. currently supports, our personnel play key Program Management roles.  We employ PMP Certified, ITIL Certified and MSP Certified personnel instrumental and critical to program management, development, operation, and implementation.  This includes the U.S. Department of State’s GITM program, SMART program, PKI program, the U.S.Coast Guard Maintenance and Logistics Command, SPAWAR Training programs, and SPAWAR configuration management and technical programs. GLOTECH provides Project Management support for IT installations at Baghdad's New Embassy Compound (NEC) via the GITM program. GITM's PMP-certified Project Manager for installations works with the staff on-site as well as other interested Department of State entities such as OBO, ENMOC, DS and MSO to analyze customer requirements, translate them into installation packages and deliver stable IT systems to newly-completed buildings.

The management of program resources also includes the management and oversight of subcontractor support where cost effective.  GLOTECH, Inc. has an experienced contracting department that has, or is in the process of developing, contracts with companies ranging in size from SAIC and Titan, to extremely small businesses and has handled all requirements efficiently and effectively.
