GLOTECH is tasked to provide 24/7 on-call support for help desk response (Tier 2 and Tier 3) for various systems, including the Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), the Microsoft Windows- based network implementation support tactical and administrative requirements within the USCG, the Vessel Traffic System (VTS), the SCCS, COMDAC-INS navigation system, and other systems.
