GLOTECH currently provides the following services to the FBI...

Daily maintenance, customer support, and enhancements for the FBI's Telephone Application (TA), a large mainframe ADABAS/Natural application.

O&M service of Electronic Surveillance (ELSUR), including adaptive, corrective, and perfective maintenance.  ELSUR contains the names of all persons, businesses, locations and facilities for which electronic surveillance has been sought by the FBI in a court order.  It also contains the true name or best known name of all persons, businesses, and organizations who have been party to a communication intercepted by the FBI as authorized by a court order or via consensual monitoring.  Software services for ELSUR include three scheduled major releases per year, plus participation in  an annual COOP/DCDR exercise. 

All levels of programming services to support all life-cycle phases of the Automated Case Support Applications (ACS), including O&M, enhancement, design and development, testing, debugging, implementation, and customer liaison.  All systems reporting and documentation are included.
