GLOTECH provides a wide variety of information services for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) through the Information Technology Operations Division’s (ITOD) Task Order Contract (ITOC). ITOC, on a Task Order (TO) basis, will provide a full range of operational information technology support services, based on specific labor categories specified in the contract. ITOC will have a life of five years from date of award composed of a base period and four option years. While the scope of services required is known, the specific tasks to be ordered over the contract life will be defined by TO statements of work.
